Project At least one day will be dedicated to fieldwork, in which the teams of students will develop ideas for their research project. The project will address small problems or opportunities of any kind in the coastal realm. The aim is to structure the problem and to attempt to find and communicate possible solutions. The teams of students are invited to discuss their projects with the residential staff or with the guest lecturers along the workshop. The teams should also do the required research on their own, including online searches, library and new interviews in the field. At the end of the workshop, the teams will present their draft projects to the residential lecturers. The final report is due latest two weeks after completion of the workshop and will be submitted digitally. Certificate A certificate of completion (workshop and project) will be issued together with the syllabus for the course. The syllabus also indicates the expected work load, for credit calculation. |
